Hi Jeff, thanks for friending, sorry for my late response, but i was very busy. About the cycling, i'm real die hard cyclist. Try to cycle on my racing bike 3 days a week doing a total of 200 miles, going to work on my carrier bicycle takes me 10-15 minutes. I hardly use my car.
