'74 Zoot Allures Tour was my first rock concert at 14 yrs old, in Portland, ME, they blew me away! Was lucky enough to catch Frank again a few years later in Augusta ME. Don't remember what tour it was (things are a little foggy from those years) Caught the ZPZ show last night in Portland ME, it was fantastic! Second time I'd seen it. My wife scored the set list that Ben crumpled up and threw out to the audiance. When it was my turn to have DZ sign it, I said "I've seen your dad twice and this is my second time seeing you, thanks for keeping the legacy alive", he reached out and shook my hand! That set list will soon be framed and hanging on my wall with old ticket stubbs from the earlier Zappa and ZPZ shows. Unfortunatly, I've been doing yard work and will have to wash my hand sometime soon. ( darn it! )
