See you are in Europe. Have you ever met Barry Barlow the old drummer for Jethro Tull.? He now has a residential studio on the Thames. My husband was in the a warm up act for Tull on some tours and Barry wanted to leave, so they asked him to do the next album ,but Barry ended staying for it.This was ages ago. Seen him a couple of times since. He is a very nice guy. I know he does the odd European tour with Jimmy Page etc.Was with Ingwe Munstein(Sp?) but is mostly in the studio now. Nice to meet ya! Cheers!
Thanks for the invite!
As a guitar teacher, you might want to post a little something in the guitar tips group. I've posted a couple things, not sure what use they are, but every little bit helps.
I have a Vinnie Moore disc that a friend insisted I listen too way back when. Giant hair on the album cover. I should dig it back out. Dont want my friend to go postal on me as he loaned it to me about seven years ago. I keep trying to get it back to him. I will keep you posted on that one.
It is a pleasure to meet you here. I hope you enjoy this site
You mentioned Vinnie Moore as UFO's current guitarist. Is that the same Vinnie Moore that has a CD out titled 'Meltdown'? If it is he is one my favorites and another reason for me to check them out. I still listen to 'Light's Out'. What a small world. Have a rockin' day.
