Eva: Great solo dude...It is very cool that you are as familiar with Frank's music as you are. I saw you mouthing the words to Cosmik Debris as you waited to join Dweezil onstage.
Welcome to Dweezil Zappa World!
Way to go Evan. I quite enjoyed not only your playing but your confidence. I had a chance to speak to Dweezil about you. I will tell ya this. Dweezilla was made for people just like you. I am sorry you did not get a chance to be there. A young cat like you deserved a scholarship. If I may also add DZ Notch Filter Wah menouvers helped aid a most tasteful solo. Great job. Hope to see you perform again someday.
Evan, You were awesome!! I was sitting in section D Row H. I was rooting for you to get the chance to show your stuff, and you did not disappoint. I was there with my 20 year old son, who plays the French Horn to perfection. He has played it since the 3rd grade. I would love it if he had been in the position that you were. Best wishes for much success in the future as a musician. I liked the way you bent the string to make it go reent-too-too-reent-too-too-reent-too-neen.
As great as the rest of the show was, you were the highlight of the night.
Hi Evan,
Brilliant pic if that is you..(Why it must be, you're so charming sweet and likeable I've heard)
Welcome aboard.
Nice to have you with us.
Enjoy!
Great job at westbury last night extremely impressed with ur playing and that u had the balls to get up infront of all those people i am a bass player myself but theres no way i could get up infront of all those people and play so well.
If you are "the Kid" from Westbury's show, you must join the group People who Jammed with Dweezil. You were great -- I had my moment on Halloween and it was a dream come true - and I have been playing guitar for 48 years with some of the best -- but getting up on stage with that band was heavenly.
