This has been a particularly hard year, I lost many people very close to me making this season hard on myself and my family but I wanted to say this time of year also reminds me of just how wonderful life is and to enjoy each and every single moment, as if this is our last. That being said I wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Festivus and Happy Winter Solstice. If you don't celebrate any of those holidays well, I hope you have a wonderful day too. xoxoxo
I wanted to let you all know a member of our community has passed away. I'm not sure how active he was here but he was one of the biggest Zappa fans I know and he was such a sweetheart. We were friends outside of this site over on FB, although we had never met face to face I considered him to be a true friend and kindred soul. He passed away in his sleep quietly with no more pain. I am smack dab in the ground zero area for Frankenstorm. We are prepared as prepared can be for this although I have a feeling this is going to be much worse than anyone can even begin to imagine. I just got the news today that the murderer of my dear cousin Ricky has been charged with first degree murder which in the state of PA carries the death penalty...I don't know how I am supposed to feel about this, it doesn't change the fact that he took him from us and I miss him so much. Today also would have been his 51st birthday. I'm so sad and empty without him.

Due to my personal family emergencies I have to sell my tickets to the July 19th show in Morristown, New Jersey. They are spectacular seats, 4th row center Orchestra B seats 113 and 114. I'm just looking for the cost and service fees which came to approx.92 a ticket. If anyone wants them please message me. Turns out it's just a twisted knee with a side of sprained ankle and a dash of a broken toe. Looks like there WILL be dancing at the opcoming ZPZ shows. :-)

In case anyone would like to have a look around one of the coolest record stores out there, I shot a small tour. It's Gold Million Records, which boasts to house one of the largest vinyl Frank Zappa collections on the east coast( yep, it's purrty dang big) AND it is where Cal Schenkel does his in store appearance every year for Record Store Day and more. They are the permanent gallery to a lot of his original work and more.
