Oh, your such a pop star of a fan. No more, no less and I don't believe anything you say. You've attacked me and lied about it and now you want anyone to believe you. Good luck with that. BTW, if you have nothing to "prove"...Read more

November looks opened for possible dates. Chill, my northern friend.
Hey Kirk. You're trending!
Where you stated "They all play for the love of Frank and not for the money." that is a downright falsehood. One example is where I've been backstage where I have seen alumni get large sums of cash. I have seen the hand to hand transaction of money from the president of the school of rock to an alumni. It is not always about the love for FZs music. The so called non-professionals that played alongside the alumni. They paid tuition to a school whose president hired an alumni. Some of these kids that went to that school had a chance to visit the Zappa household before they got involved with playing with an alumni. These young musicians and their president get an opportunity few get and then they go out and hire an alumni that basically has zero credibility in the official realm. In that context I have no respect for a falsehood of playing for for the love of FZ. It was a pretty good payday for an alumni and the kids and president of the SOR downright lost any credibility for drowning themselves in that behaviour.
"FOR THE LOVE OF FRANK" IS A TRIBUTE BAND from Chico. They play and rehearse everyday FTLOF, because they just like playing the music right, in they're opinion. Not yours. Your's is not a valid opinion, FZ's and any composers music should be interpreted by the players, not the composer's intent as you think it should be and definetly not some freako fans idea of what is right or wrong. It's called art appreciation. FZ put his music out there for people to enjoy. Not b***h incessently about "the composers intent" like you do.
...and but also,...
FZ was proud of no two shows being the same. He was constantly changing the same song. So if you play all the right notes, like you require, there would be no alternative takes to songs like "You Didn't Try To Call Me". According to your idea of the composers intent, that's been out dated by FZ himself. So your saying that Dweezil or any ZFT approved band can play all the *right notes* but anyone else can't. Your trying to give DZ an uneven playing field when he can hold his own without your rah-rah help. I like Dweezil, Megan & ZpZ too. I wish them well!

Dweezil takes money for playing his pops music and why were you there to witness such transgressions amongst the Alumni,eh? To tattle on every little nuance you didn't care for? To give Dweezil an already inflated ego? Most likely to give your boy an uneven playing field. We are not that stupid. No one is.
Megan & his kids keep him grounded, not you, not your idea of the composers intent, nor your incessant whining about what you think is right. You don't help.imho
Watch the skies all you want. You'll never understand FZ"s appeal and you'll never make friends here for long. I've gone outta my way to "play nice" with you. It doesn't help, you think everything is about you......that's how you come off to everyone. It's about Gary, not DZ or DZW or the ZFT. imho. Did you pay to go to Dweezilla? Where do you think your money went? D'oh! You don't know doodly-squat from what I've read over the years. Same old story.

Get a life.
Your an embarrassment to all ZappaFreaks everywhere. imho.
