So I am sitting here noodlingmy bass and learning smoke on the water and my grand daughter walks up to me with the iPod and says "Can we watch this movie?" and it is Led Zeppelin: The Song remains the Same. I said "Of course we can!" and thought to myself..."we are raising them right"
It is february 1st today and Winter has not really happened yet in New York City. Never seen Nuthin' like it in my life! Thinkin maybe "Something Wicked This Way Comes?" It is just soooo wrong...

Been playing a lot of Stones the last couple weeks. Gimme Shelter and Sympathy for the Devil, Monkey Man and such. Good jam tunes. Rock On!
Turkdey day with all the trimmings are here. I am thankful this year for all my family and friends and for MUSIC!
Lots of birthdays in the next few weeks. My grand daughter was 5 and got her first electric guitar. Now I am gonna get her some lessons. Dweezilla 2020 watch out!
I am working and working, feel sorta ambivalent at times. I love what I do and realize I do it well but am starting to think maybe I would like it in another specialty. Then I think I am going slightly mad.I have a good job in a tough time. I need to be happy for that. I need to learn contentment withou veering into mediocrity.
