I remember times when I was younger and used to practice many, many hours a day (I wish I had the time to still do that now). I would feel like I can really
play and then go and do a gig and none of what I practiced came out, or, even worse, I would feel I played very badly and wouldn’t understand how it is
that after all those hours of hard work I still sucked. Well, here’s my theory:

Scientists discover exactly what it takes to make a hit record

Hit songs are getting louder and rhythmically more repetitive, according to a scientific study of chart music, which concludes that pop's golden era was actually the often-maligned 1980s.

It started as me commenting back on someone who seemed indifferent by alluding that an addict is not of the same caliber they were. My statement prompted a response from Dweezil in the Meet Place Group, as I started to write my own comments back I realized it was too much for a group and had to turn it into a blog...hang tight, this may get a little bumpy and shock some of you.
