Frank had a fondness for food. Over the years I've seen references to all kinds of foods with Frank. My all time favorite Frank interview was when someone asked him what did he do in his youth when he first heard blues music. His response was something like this: " I used to have the ability of eating good chili and listening to Johnny Guitar Watson's ' Three Hours Past Midnight. ' "
Let's face it: Food is great with any music. But I have since discovered a special food that is good with Frank Zappa music. My favorite right now is a ranch-chicken-artichoke-bacon pizza while listening to Trance-Fusion. Don't know why but "Finding Higgs' Boson " sounds even better with ranch and chicken. So how about it: Do any of you eat while listening to Frank? How about Dweezil? What kinds of foods help inspire three dimensional depth to Zappa music and make it seem. . well, delicious?
