Uh-oh ... proper real life problem .... I have to get up early tomorrow for work and as I desperately need my beauty sleep I need to be in bed no later than 11pm .... F1 starts at 10.30pm .... can I just sky+ it and attempt to get through my day tomorrow without finding out the result (which is by far the most sensible choice and keeps me on my recent road to becoming a responsible adult - at long last!!) or do I say "sod it" and stay up to watch it tonight and risk being the yawning monster all day tomorrow .... hmmmmmm Comment

Stunning show at the Sage (and this time I thought the lighting worked perfectly for the show)..... no complaints at all-which is rare for me. The whole band works so damn hard to bring us this amazing show....thanks to all involved Comment

Ihad some tuning issues with my guitars from climate change so I asked the band to improvise while I tuned. It was pretty funny what it turned into. A fun show overall. I'm not sure if my dad ever played in Cardiff but the audience sure seemed to appreciate us being here.

I have always rounded up my age. Technically by the time you have reached your birthday you have COMPLETED that many years. I just say I'm 50 cuz I'm in my 50th year. That first 11 months and 30 days has to count for something, right?

Happy belated Andrew! I'm the same age and I'm cool with it. As long as you resist the temptation to start acting old ( complaining about your aches and pains, talking about your medication and stuff like that) no one is ever gonna know your age. Just think...when your 85 your going to look back and think what a young pup you were at 49! It's all relative.
