Haven't been on here for awhile. Been working lots of crazy hours. How has everyone been? So, we are still just the 5 huh? Where are all the Arkansas fans? I've never been ghost hunting but, I have had some experiences along the way. Our house is built on an old native american camp site. at times you can smell smoke, the basement door opens up by itself ( which we have tried to de-bunk but haven"t been able to), and get a strong smell of jasmine. My husbands grandmother said she has seen a native american man in the living room, when she was living here. But unfortunately we have not had that experience. Any thoughts of trying it again?
My best friend is really into it. He's a member of The Delta Paranormal Society. Friday night he called me up and asked if I wanted to go ghost hunting with him on Saturday. I thougth this would be something I could check off my bucket list so I said sure. I explained to him that although I've never come in contact with anything even remotely paranormal, that doesn't mean I don't believe in it. So I go and help set up the cameras in this little duplex that the owner swears has a spirit in it. I stared at this little black and white monitor for about two hours watching if a flashlight in another room flashed on and off by itself. It didn't. When we took a break after about 2 1/2 hours I asked how long this would take. When He told me it would take all night I said "see ya." To sum up I won't be doing it again anytime soon.
Did you find anything? I think that is awsome. I am a true believer in disembodied (not sure if thats spelled right) being left behind to wonder the earth. Is this something you do on a regular basis?
I partiularly like the one about distance. To this day I can't tell you how far Mena is from Little Rock. But I can tell you how long it takes to get there, 3 hours. Give or take a few slow moving vehicles.
Unfortunately we live in Ohio at the present. Wished we could have been there. We went and seen him last year in Columbus and it was the best concert to date. Dweezil is so personable. He stayed around to meet all the fans. He is a wonderful man.
Thank you Machel. Only a true Arkansan will get all of these "jokes". BTW, did anyone get to see Dweezil in Ozark a couple of weeks ago? I unfortunately couldn't make it. I heard it was a great show, with a little Smokey And The Bandit thrown in. Wish I could have been there. Maybe next tour he can play a little closer to home.

I am from Mena Arkansas. Great to see some Zappa fans from the natural state. We have since moved to Ohio. But still visit yearly, My oldest daughter and her family still live there. As well as my mom and dad. I know there are other Zappa fans in Mena.
I assume by now everyone has read Dweezil's latest blog that he's planning a stop in Arkansas this tour. Where would you suggest he play? The theater at ASU in Jonesboro kicks a*s. Or maybe AllTel Arena. What do you think?
