Frozen Pages

I've notice it happen to some other members, and now it has happened to me too. When our profile page is frozen and nothing can be "clicked". Is it some form of punishment?!....because I thought that I'd been behaving myself lately!!

And another member has just informed me that it looks like some sort of infection, having some survey pop-up when going to my page. And when a pop-up blocker is being used, the page just locks up.

Please, please help.
