Dweezil Zappa World

I do not know if you could call this story "humorous"(I suppose it could be if you had a VERY dark sense of humour). Neither is it something I witnessed, but it was told to me by a someone I know who saw it all go down, and it most certainly is shocking.

Anyway enough jibbering on with our story...

A friend of mine once knew a quite mad and eccentric English lord (apparently he had a legitimate title) who ran a drinking establishment in Africa. This crazy English gentlemen quite fancied the odd drink or two.

One moonlit evening while sitting on an African beach with my friend enjoying a drink the Englishman happened to be fooling around with a bow and arrow that he had with him. In the distance was an innocent man just walking away from them along the beach enjoying the beautiful setting.

The Englishman in his slightly drunken state decided that he would let loose an arrow in the general direction of the man walking along the beach, not believing for a second that what he was doing was dangerous or at all likely to harm anyone.

Unfortunately the arrow not only reached the full distance to the unsuspecting stranger but also struck him right in the middle of his back killing him stone dead. The Englishman and his drinking companion stared at each other in astonishment and silence, not believing what had just occurred.

The matter was taken care of by the Englishman in the form of a bribe to some local officials to make sure he was not prosecuted for the death, because he was after all a man of considerable means...
