The LiveDownloads.com folks are starting to push the Jame Cruise 8 recordings. So, how did this go for ZPZ? What were the highs and lows? Did you get down with your bad self with Karl Denson--that would have been so awesome? Did Maceo Parker put his indelible stamp on "Easy Meat?"
no, zpz is not on that site. it was one of the first things i looked into when we got on the boat. i wish they did. the first show was amazing. the set was dedicated to me and my new wife, we were married just before show on the boat. fun night. maceo was great. so was trombone shorty's first set. motet was incredible. there might be some video about it. i more than highly suggest the jam cruise. best five thousand dollars i spent next to buying my two dw sets.
there is some video of maceo parker on iclips.net. you can go to the jam cruise site and follow the links. i am not sure zappa will be on here. the cruise was amazing.
