A year ago I had pondered Jeff Beck performing
St. Etienne with DZPZ.
Can you say DVD ... us poor unfortunates who will not be able to attend sure would love to see that show! I'm envious of all who are going! Maybe it's time to break out Watermelon .... the imaginary solo .... imagine! wow
Did I hear Watermelon....Phil, I wait with open ears for this to happen..It should be played on the Hendrix guitar. It would be close to home so the guitar would not have to travel far...Lets see here, Zappa/Beck/Hendrix all on stage together at the same time playing Watermelon..That would be one of the finest moments in music History! Just a little food for thought Dweezil!

Myself, I'd rather hear Dweezil jamming with Jeff on some of the stuff from his last studio album...called "Jeff," oddly enough. Stuff like "Plan B," "Seasons," "Trouble Man," "Line Dancing With Monkeys" or "My Thing," good old kick-a*s rock (and then some). Then they do a few of Dweezil's, like "Thunder Pimp" or "Audio Movie." Now that would be a night to remember.
No matter what happens I'm going to be there enjoying every note...This is going to be fun!
