There is a recording (I fell like a total yutz for not being able to quote chapter and verse) where at the end Frank sez something like, "This is definitely a case of 'mooo-ahhhh."  From context, it sounds disparaging, almost a substitute for "whinging."  I dunno...

Mooo-ah, is how we say "more".  ie: should I pahk my cah in Hahvud yahd sum mooo-ah?

I would of said/thought it was a referance to the likes of David Bowie.The pouting, the serious disco look. Moo ahh.
