Scheila. Sorry about that.
What an amazing band! There isn't a single slacker up there. Pete -- fantastic solo on Apostrophe! I'm The Slime is a great audience participation number. Seems like everyone knew the words. Thanks for coming, guys (and Schiela), best concert I've seen in years!
To have to kill time to get back to Portland is one thing, but to see my favorite band as part of the delay is so freaking awesome!!! For once my schedule is working in my favor. Really looking forward to this. Saw the Bend show last pass thru these parts, see you here and in Portland. Sinfernia is such a blast!
It's dormitory move-out week at the University of Oregon. The NCAA Track and Field Championships run through this weekend, 11,000 extra people running around Eugene. You picked a fine time to visit, Dweezil. I will be studying the jock/Zappa crossover phenomenon most carefully. Keep it greasey!
Would love to hear RDNZL and Black Napkins. Thanks for keeping Frank's music live!
Hey Dweezil... got my ticket. Can I get photo access for my music review blog? 500-600 unique visitors a day... http://jazzsick.wordpress.com/

Thank you, Dweezil, for rescheduling Eugene. Personally, I don't care if you do a two-hour sound sculpture based on "Louie, Louie," as long as you show. "Caravan" with a drum solo, even. Anything by Frank is fine. Your own compositions would be equally as welcome to me. Don't bow to the pressure, just play whatever feels right. See you there!
Thanks Dweezil. I can't wait to see you again. The only song I would love to see you play that you haven't yet is Watermelon in Easter Hay. It's one of my all time favorites. I know it's emotional for you, but I would love to see you pull it off.
